Eligibility for Returns

Condition Requirements: Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items: Custom orders, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee may apply to certain items. This fee will be deducted from your refund.
Exchanges
For defective or damaged items, please contact us immediately. We’ll arrange for an exchange at no additional cost to you.
